Visit Taroudant and Tiout Oasis
Departure from Agadir towards Taroudant, nicknamed Little Marrakech due to the resemblance between the two cities, especially their ramparts and lively souks. A stop halfway along the road to capture the beauty of argan trees and the goats that climb them.
Arrival in Taroudant, the ancient red city, surrounded by over 7 km of ramparts that encircle its medina. Free time to explore the medina and souks where various products are displayed: carpets, jewelry, leather bags, decorative items, and other handcrafted goods.
Around noon, departure to the village of Tiout, 19 km from Taroudant — a beautiful oasis of swaying palm trees where you can discover the traditional Berber lifestyle and their warm hospitality, often accompanied by a glass of mint tea. You’ll enjoy a typical lunch with a local family. Then, take a walk through the palm grove (on foot or by donkey, optional) before heading back to Agadir.
